At Lashdeal, we are committed to providing clear, fast, and reliable delivery services to our customers across Canada and the USA. Below is the complete overview of our shipping process, handling times, and delivery terms.

1. Delivery Coverage & Currency

Shipping Zone: We ship exclusively to physical addresses within Canada & USA. We do not offer international shipping outside Canada & USA at this time.

Currency: Orders shipped to Canada are processed in Canadian Dollars ($ CAD). Orders shipped to the USA are processed in U.S. Dollars ($ USD). Applicable product prices, delivery charges, taxes, and other checkout amounts are displayed in the applicable currency based on the customer's shipping destination.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Cost

Free Canada Standard Shipping: We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada. There are no minimum spending thresholds, membership requirements, or unexpected delivery fees added at checkout.

Free USA Standard Shipping: We offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped to the USA. The shipping cost for USA orders is $0 USD. There are no minimum spending thresholds or membership requirements for free USA standard shipping.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by U.S. authorities or carriers are separate from the shipping charge and, where applicable, will be disclosed to the customer before or at checkout or may be payable by the customer as required by the applicable authority or carrier.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Our warehouse processes orders from Monday through Friday (excluding official Canadian statutory/bank holidays).

Customer Support Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time - ET)

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time - EST)

(Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.)

Handling / Processing Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Canada Transit / Shipping Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

USA Transit / Shipping Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time for Canada: 4 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Total Estimated Delivery Time for USA: 4 to 7 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

Note: Order processing and deliveries do not operate on weekends or official Canadian statutory holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen transportation disruptions.

4. Courier Partners

To ensure safe and tracked delivery, we partner with trusted domestic and cross-border courier networks:

• FedEx Canada
• UPS Canada

Carrier selection may vary depending on the delivery destination and availability.

5. Tracking Your Order

Dispatch Confirmation: Once your package has been handed over to the courier, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Live Updates: You can use the tracking reference on the courier's official portal to monitor your delivery progress in real time. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for initial tracking updates to reflect on the carrier's system.

6. Address Restrictions (P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses)

Physical Addresses Preferred: We recommend providing a valid physical street address for all deliveries to ensure signature verification and smooth carrier handling.

Certain P.O. Boxes, military addresses, remote locations, or restricted delivery areas may have carrier-specific limitations. If a carrier cannot deliver to the address provided, we may contact the customer to request an alternative deliverable address.

7. Order Cancellations & Address Amendments

Before Dispatch: If you need to update your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@lashdeal.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, we cannot modify the shipping address or intercept the package. In this case, you must receive the delivery and follow our Return Policy.

8. Sales Tax Transparency

Applicable Taxes: All applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/PST/HST) are calculated transparently and included according to provincial tax requirements.

For orders shipped to the USA, applicable sales taxes, duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed charges, where required by applicable law, may vary depending on the customer's delivery location and applicable regulations.

Any applicable charges that are not included in the product or shipping price will be disclosed where required before the customer completes the purchase.

The standard shipping charge for USA orders remains $0 USD.

9. Peak Seasons & Delays

During high-volume shopping periods (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or holiday seasons), couriers may experience minor transit delays. While we guarantee dispatch within our 1–2 business day handling window, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for courier delivery during peak times.

For USA shipments, customs processing, border clearance, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect the estimated delivery timeframe.
