6. Fraudulent Transactions & Security Holds

• Security Holds: If our payment gateway flags an order as suspicious or high-risk (such as a severe billing and shipping address mismatch), we reserve the right to temporarily place the order on hold.

7. Order Cancellations & Chargebacks

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and you must follow our standard Return Policy.

• Billing Inquiries & Chargebacks: If you notice any unauthorized charge or discrepancy, please contact our support team before initiating a bank chargeback. Unannounced chargebacks delay resolution, whereas our team works quickly to resolve and refund any legitimate billing errors directly.
